Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: 

This competition is open to senior citizens residing in Lahore, Pakistan. Employees of ConsidraCare Pakistan (TS CARE GIVERS ASIA PVT LTD) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Competition Period: 

The competition starts on Feb 15, 2024 and ends on March 06, 2024. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

Entry Requirements:

  • Participants must submit a less than five-minute video sharing a favorite memory.
  • Videos must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Content must be appropriate for all ages and not contain any offensive or harmful material.

Submission:

  • Entries should be submitted through Whatsapp or Community Group.
  • By submitting a video, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

Judging and Voting:

  • All the videos will be uploaded to the Facebook Community. The public will vote for their favorite videos, video getting the most engagement will qualify for winning.
  • A jury composed of ConsidraCare Pakistan (TS CARE GIVERS ASIA PVT LTD) representatives will also have a say in the final decision. The jury will additionally verify whether the qualifier has adhered to the rules.
  • The selection process will be conducted with utmost transparency, ensuring that it is free and fair for all participants.
  • The winner will be announced on March 06, 2024.

Prize:

  • The winner will receive a prize of PKR 100,000.
  • The prize is non-transferable.

Rights and Usage:

  • By participating, entrants grant ConsidraCare Pakistan (TS CARE GIVERS ASIA PVT LTD) an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display their videos in all media for marketing and any other purposes.
  • ConsidraCare Pakistan (TS CARE GIVERS ASIA PVT LTD) reserves the right to use the names, images, and videos of participants for promotional purposes.
  • Participants are consenting to be contacted and receive newsletters from us in the future.

Data Protection:

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and solely for the purpose of administering the competition.

Liability:

ConsidraCare Pakistan (TS CARE GIVERS ASIA PVT LTD) is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

ConsidraCare Pakistan (TS CARE GIVERS ASIA PVT LTD) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
